Distinguished Constructions Pty Ltd was founded in 2009 by Director Adrian Khalil, with the residential division Distinguished Homes WA being formed in 2012. Providing reliable and high-quality construction services to the Perth region for over twelve years.
Distinguished Constructions Pty Ltd is a registered commercial and residential builder and is a member of the Housing and Industry Association.

Director / Contsructions Manager
Adrian is a registered builder with a diploma in Building & Construction and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. A proficient draftsman, Adrian also uses CAD software for design and drafting.
His emphasis on ethical building practice and high-quality works has earned him high respect from colleagues and clients as his focus is on producing cost effective work built to the highest standards. Adrian oversees every aspect of a project and directs his highly experienced team throughout the construction process. Prior to becoming a director of Distinguished Constructions Pty Ltd, he managed his own tiling business and worked on numerous projects for both builders and private clients. He has worked both in residential and commercial environments, from council buildings to high rise apartments and residential homes.
Adrian’s extensive experience and knowledge of the building and construction industry has allowed him to gain a thorough understanding of the building process. He also recognises the importance of maintaining a positive reputation in the industry. Adrian’s ability to manage every aspect of a building project, coupled with his expectation for excellence, ensures that every building project he completes is of the highest quality and delivered on time and under Budget. Site Manager
Kain is an experienced site manager with additional experience as a site labourer, steel fabricator and qualified tiler and sprinkler fitter. Having overseen projects spanning both residential and commercial construction, as well as fit outs, demolition, and restoration, he brings a wealth of well-rounded knowledge to his role as a site manager.
Kain is driven, safety-conscious, and performance-oriented. With his
dedication to site management and leadership, and his eye for detail, he ensures all work is completed to the highest standard and lasts.
Kain has an enthusiastic attitude towards all projects he is undertaking. To ensure a smooth and on-time project, Kain is always thinking ten steps ahead. Kain is one of the key strengths at Distinguished Constructions.
Site Manager
Shaun has experience working on a wide array of construction sites. Before joining our team at Distinguished Constructions, he worked as a shutdown coordinator on large mining sites.
His primary responsibilities were to comply with the client’s shutdown process. He also provided onshore coordination and leadership of all activities leading up to a shutdown or project. He implemented work lists and plans for shutdowns and projects, and to maintain effective discussions with the Asset onshore and offshore teams. Often, this meant he had to manage a large number of staff.
Through Shaun’s exposure to diverse projects, as well as his client and contractor interactions, he has developed exceptional skills in management, communication, and organisation.
He possesses a thorough understanding of contractor management, along with a dedication to quality projects. He also has a drive to succeed, making him an asset to every project he is involved in.

The goal is to provide a healthy and safe environment free of accidents or injuries. The responsibility for safety extends from top management to trade workers and includes everyone in between. All employees have a responsibility to identify health and safety risks and report them to the Site Supervisor.
Distinguished Constructions Pty Ltd proactively communicates health and safety to our people and implements programs to address hazards faced wherever we work. Measurable objectives and targets have been established with the objective
of eliminating work-related injuries and illnesses. Employees are consulted and are involved in Occupational Health and Safety programs and actively take steps to assess and control risk.
